You hope you get paid. Normally, if you will get paid you should get that fairly soon. If a few months pass and they pay nothing, then it is time to consider foreclosing on the lien (if the value makes that a logical decision) or proceed to sue and try to collect. If the amount due is some $7500 or less, you are likely best proceeding in small claims.
