I am a business owner who has done work for an individual in their home (fireplace installation). They have not paid. Do I file the mechanics lien?

You have the right to file a lien on the home if you provided labor, materials or equipment for the improvement of the home.

I have done work for an individual in their home. They have not paid and they told me that they would pay me soon. So we agreed to negotiate the price. They did not pay, or at least they did not pay what they were supposed to pay. One of the products that I provided was a mechanical repair service. I had charged them $350, but then decided to charge another $100 more for the time spent on repairs rather than just replacing part of the kitchen sink (which would have cost approx $50). Does this https://simplegrad.com/liahelp-review/ change the factor between giving a full refund and just giving a partial refund? How do you deal with this when negotiating?
