LOI filed 5/26/21 and no payment was received, what is my next step?

If you haven’t been paid, and the lien period is still open, then your next step is to actually file the Mechanic’s Lien. As a contractor or supplier, you can file a lien up to 90 days after substantial completion of the entire project (not just your work) if no Notice of Completion has been recorded. These are mostly found on public jobs. I’m happy to answer any questions you have about this.
