I file a lien through Levelset and I wanted to know what are my next steps?

We Are a sub contractor that was working at Grady hospital for and prime Contractor. They did not pay us ontime and we could not keep going months with out payment. They did have several change orders come in and instead of giving to us they brought in another contractor at the end to do so, Then they ran us off and did not pay us,
