First GC/Owner contract. Would like to Know which forms to File

Make sure there is a properly filed notice of commencmenet, which is technically the onwer’s job but the GC usually fills out and has the owner sign. Tehcnically you don’t need a notice to owner if you are truly in privity with the true owner of the real estate, but you better check the title on line and make sure the owner on the contract is the same person or entity that signed the contract.
