How to remove leans on my property that are not mine?

There are two leans on my house under names close to mine but not my legal name nor is it my debt. How do I remove these?

Assuming the liens were timely filed and otherwise are validly prepared, to remove liens can involve either waiting for them to expire or filing an action with the court for an order removing them.

I agree with Jon's answer. Also, there is an issue as to whether the lien is invalid because you are not the proper debtor (or in connection with the mechanic's lien statute, you as owner did not consent to the work performed) or whether the lien predated your ownership, in which case your property would still be burdened by the lien.
