I am a retired Electrician and hold a Master Electrical license. A local company (LLC) needs an electrical license and has asked me to assign mine to their company so they can perform work that involves electrical permits. While I am retired I can still look at jobs and advise but not perform the work. What would be my personal risk for liability outside the required insurance I am required to carry? Could me personal assets be attached if there were to be some sort of incident ?
