How is receiving PDF copies of subs-of-subs legally protecting the GC?
FloridaWhen the subcontractor completed their electronic waiver, and uploads scans of THEIR subcontractors' lien waiver, is that scan legally binding and protecting the GC?

If the sub-subcontractor is signing an appropriate lien waiver, then whether it is transmitted to the GC physically or electronically does not impact the waiver. Florida recognizes the validity of scanned documents.
