I filed a mechanics lien on a company and they have now paid there invoice how do we remove the lien?
You need to file another document with the county recorder called a "release" of the lien. Levelset can likely assist with the drafting of that document. The release document will also require payment of a marginal entry fee to the recorder, so that it links to your original lien.
