How do we get paid for remainder of balance for work completed but homeowner is displeased with outcome of job?

My company was contracted to do some flooring for a homeowner who sustained some water damage. During the process, she had a family member measure the areas to be worked on and she purchased her own materials and supplies. Once we put down the flooring that was purchased, she did not like the outcome and refused to pay the remainder of the balance because she was not pleased. How do we proceed from here?
