The customer is refusing to pay even after the lein was filed. I would like to move foward with the enforcement.
In order to foreclose on a lien, you will need to file a civil lawsuit in State Court. In the lawsuit, you will asset a cause of action for foreclsoure of the lien. I would recommend retaining a qualified attorney to represent your company in this area since litigation and foreclosures are somewhat complicated.
