I am trying to fill out the G703 and G702 forms but this is my final bill all work has been complete. I have watched the you-tube video but nothing shows how to do the final invoice so you can get the retainer back.

Without seeing your specific paperwork situation, 100% of the value of the work should be claimed as completed. The amount that you are requesting is the last piece plus any retainage. The balance remaining should be $0. If you need, include a letter saying that all work has been completed, including punchlist items, and you are requesting the balance of the funds owed to you including retainage.
