Haven't receive part middle payment and end do to owed broke contract

Washington
Thad Rach
Owner/ General Contractor at Rock Solid Tree & Landscape Service's L.L.C

The agreement was that we get 3 payments of 22000 we got the 1st payment of 22000 and I paid for the machinery and the middle payment of 22000 I only got 10 of And Mr. Frank wouldn't pay me the rest of it right there is a breach of contract I couldn't finish the job due to the fact of the payment I needed for the rest of the machinery And Mr. Frank would not pay me any money at all he told me he wasn't gonna even pay me the end even if I did finish the job he wouldn't pay me the end payment so it's come down to this where I have to put Aileen on his property to get payment for all of work I've done even though the agreement was for 30 days and that was the contract we did it for 2 months so I'm adding Restitution for Labor for the other following month that was not added so I'm asking for the amount of what the contract is stated for since he broke the contract with us I'm asking for the whole amount of 68000
