Does the states of Nevada require an updated preliminary notice sent when the contract value has increased by 30%?

If a contract value has increased by 30% since the first preliminary notice was sent out for customers in NV do we need to send out an upgraded preliminary notice like we do in the state of AZ?

Like in California, I do not believe there is any such statutory requirement in Nevada. You may want to reach out to a licensed Nevada construction attorney like Mr. Hansen at dhansen@ggltsw.com
