We are a supplier to a sub-contractor. When determining which notice deadlines to follow (old or new law)...when it says it's based on when the contract originated (before or after Jan 1, 2022), does that mean the contract between the owner & the Prime GC or the contract between us & the sub-contractor (in our case the only contract would be a PO &/or invoice)?
Is this about regulation? Or do you need some kind of agreement between the two parties? we become what we behold.
