On the document it has May 17 as the first date of materials and labor furnished and the end date of the Materials finished as the 17th of may. It was actually the 20th of May. Does the dates effect the document?
You really need to provide more facts. If you are referring to an Affidavit of Mechanic's and Materialman's Lien, the slight date variation may make no difference, but it could depend on when the lien was filed, by whom the lien was filed, and whether notice of filing was provided to the proper parties within five days.
