Can you help us get full remittance on our costs/invoice.

Our company worked as a subcontractor for a prime contractor for Forgen Inc. on a logging project in Auberry California 0421/2021-05/14/2021. The Invoice was forwarded to the Prime on 5/30/21. We received payment of $25,388 in August 2021 for Invoice 053121 totaling 130,266.00. We have made several attempts between June and December 2021 ending with a demand for payment which the prime has not responded to. The prime and our management had a 'verbal' agreement. The parties differ in their memory of the details of that agreement. The payment made by the prime does not even cover the prevailing wage payroll for our employees let alone the equipment and operators we supplied at their request.
