Can you file a lien against an HMO where you've provided video and access control at gate entrances to the community?

Texas

Cameras and access control installed along with monitoring equipment to record and control entry and egress through multiple gates/locations to the community served by the HOA at central guardhouse. Contract was signed by HOA representative but invoices sent to property management company for payment.

Hello,

Yes, you may file a lien against the HOA. The notices and lien documents should reference the communal property or specific interest of the HOA, not a specific homeowner or all homeowners.
