Can we withdraw a Notice of Specially Fabricated Materials - Public Project

I'm new to filing liens and LevelSet informed me over an overdue notice so I went ahead and sent it to the customer. The customer is upset as they have been making timely payments and would like for us to withdraw the request.

I don't know of any method of withdrawing a Notice of Specially Fabricated Materials Under G.L .c 149 s. 29. If this is the notice you sent, it is not technically a notice that a debt is overdue but a notice that is required by statute to be sent in order to activate your right to seek payment on the bond for the project in the event you are not paid.

If its just a notice between you and the customer, and its not filed anywhere, tell them its moot, it doesn't matter.

Yes I was able to retract the document through LevelSet. Thank you! The customer didn't care if it was moot he wanted the whole thing withdrawn.
