Gc in CA. Finished work and owner informed me they can't pay. I sent a preliminary notice through Leverett for $200k, but the final invoice is for $260k. Can I file the lien for $260k or only the amount listed on the preliminary notice of $200k?

Yes you can. The prelim is only an "estimated" amount.
