I do Marine boat services and I had a gentalman that I did work on boat and cant get payments but he is using same. keerps saying going to make payments but well..... even tried to use his 16 year old son to work with me to pay for if. and his son isnt that well for doing work.
Liens for boats are under the Motor Vehicle Code in NY, not the lien law. I believe there is a fee and a form, but i suggest you check the NYS DMV site. Best of luck
