Can I stop a contractor's crew member from entering my house in California?

California
Anonymous Contractor

The licensed contractor has a crew member who has been a pain. Instead of sticking to the work area, he keeps entering my kitchen/bedroom/bathroom area. I put a table at the entry of this non-work area and told him to ask me before entering. He enters without asking and goes to my fridge. So I put a huge note saying NO ENTRY and only enter after I acknowledge it. He did that 2 days back and again yesterday. I don't even know what to do. I am sick of seeing him in my house. I complain to the contractor and he just shakes his head. Can I tell the contractor that i don't want that guy in my house? Btw this guy has been working on plumbing (drains, vents etc) for 2 months where 75% of his work was redone by a pro in a day. Now he is working on faucets, toilet and vanity for a week and still not done. He is not good at his job and he invades my privacy too. First he smokes in my patio, then my backyard and driveway. Finally after telling him not to - he is now smoking on the street.
