Hello, I am an electrical contractor in Wisconsin and I am in the process of sending an intent to lien notice to the owner and the main contractor with Levelset. I was told that I missed my deadline to send a preliminary notice out. The Levelset team is still trying to send the intent to line to notice out. Will I still be able to put a lien against the property if I missed my chance to send out a preliminary notice out? Please advise. Thanks, Vahid Bakhtiari
