Goodmorning i am subcontractor and my company didnt pay me the owe me 19000.00 Can i put a lien on the house. Work was already done the already got the money.

Yes. You can put a lien on the subject property provided that you serve a Notice to Owner to the owner of the subject property at any time before the expiration of 45 days from the date that you first provided labor or delivery of materials at the site. The Notice to Owner form can be found in Florida Statutes, s. 713.06.
