I filed a lien on Rosewood Villa and it appears I may need to file a judgment at this time. I need help with this and I was wondering if you can provide that service for me please let me know.

You have 8 months to commence litigation to foreclose the lien from the time that you filed your lien. But even if you missed the time deadline you can still sue Rosewood for what they owe you.
