Hello, ima subcontractor. I was told via email by project manager to install wiring for my mini split and they will signed change order( takes long time with owner, Same happened on other project). Later, he said , we never signed you change order, we will not pay you for this, Can be emails official document in this situation? Thank you
Yes. You can use emails to prove a written agreement.
