MY DEADLINE TO ENFORCE/EXTEND IS IN 3 DAYS - I filed a lien last year as a sub contractor on a single family residence in Suffolk County, New York. I am trying to extend the lien a bit- is this okay to be done on this property if it is a single family residence?? If not, what are my best options at this point??
