Can I file a NOI to Lien or How best to get Paid

Colorado
Janette Kuhnel

I am a professional Landscape Architect registered in the State of Colorado. I provided professional design services to a homeowner. They either changed their mind on the design or didn't like it, and now are saying they are going to move and have NOT PAID their original invoice for the design services for over 90 days. Can I file a Notice of Intent to Lien and then file a Lien on their property? What kind of Lien do I file?
