Can I file a mechanics lien

My company installed a metal roof on a home and were done by 3/11/21 we still have not received payment, wondering what my options are?

On residential projects in Ohio, mechanic's liens must be filed within 60 days of the last date of work, so May 10, 2021 in your case. Even if the home was a multi-family home (3 or more families), the mechanic's lien would need to be filed within 75 days (or May 25, 2021). So it does not look like you are able to file a mechanic's lien. 

That being said, you may still have a claim for breach of contract against the homeowner. Depending on your contract, you may also have a claim for attorney fees in the event your breach of contract claim is successful.
