A job was delivered almost 90 days ago. We are a cabinet manufacturer and also do site measure and fixes. Last week we came tom the job site to flip a cabinet panel, and sand down a shelf, and today the owner stopped by again and sanded rest of the shelves on site , and we also made a delivery today to refinish a door. Does the 90 days restart to today, or only when cabinets were delievered?
Yes an intent to lien was already sent. If the inovice/contract that was signed only lists materials and not labor. Will it only restart once any new material is delivered? Or do site fixes for cabinets and fixing a cabinet door and redelivering it to site also restart the deadline?
