We are the Material Supplier only. We did not file a pre-lien, because project owner information was never provided to us, and the project is not located at a specific site, but is 145+ miles of fiber optic installed underground in easements along roadways throught the Bay Area. How do I go about filing a Lien at this point? How do I find out the owner if our cusotmer will not give it to us. I have been told that it is AMAZON, but the General Contractor, Bandwidth IG says to list them as Owner and GC. Can I still file a Lien? What is a Materialmen's Lien vs a Mechanic's Lien??
