Customer rented equipment from us - he paid for months of April, May June and JUly equipment was moved in June to a particular location and worked complete there Sept 4th I sent out a lien notice for payment of the invoice of Aug 11th through Sept 4th- but not mailed out until Sept 14th -- as you see he was paying right along. - and then i mailed out intent to file claim notice on OCt 28th-- both letters were sent certified both refused by owner -- please let me know if i can actually file a claim
