Spectrum has been removed from the project and I sent a request to file a claim against the bond. I also received a Ratification Agreement from another company - SAGE - and was told they are acting as the middle person to allow other GCs to come in and complete the project and SAGE will be working with the bonding company to send payments. I was advised to file the bond claim and the ratification agreement by one person then to only file the ratification agreement by another person. What is the best action in this matter and are there any loopholes in California we should be aware of by filing the Ratification Agreement?
