Filing bankruptcy per se does not result in a suspension of your license. You indicate this is a personal, not a company bankruptcy. As long as both companies to honor their contracts and there is no harm to consumers, the fact you have to file personal bankruptcy to deal with some personal circumstances is not grounds for discipline against your license. Check with your bankruptcy attorney to see if she or he has experience in this area.
