Can a lien still be filed

Washington

I have a construction project that I contracted a company to frame and set some roof panels. They used a crane company to do so. I have lien releases signed by the Contractor and the contract that lists the crane as his responsibly. The contractor has not paid the crane company yet after some months, is the project (property) still able to have a lien filed against it?

Yes. But typically the crane company would have to provide a notice first, that reaches back 10 days.

If it has been less than 90 days, yes. If more than 90 days, no.
