Can a felon obtain a contractors licence in the state of Florida?
FloridaState incarcerated for 18 years and would like to know if I can be licensed as a contractor?

It depends on what the felony was. Florida's Construction Industry Licensing Board can take prior convictions / crimes into account if they bear a relationship to the license sought.
