Can a builder raise price of house after both parties have signed?

North CarolinaConstruction Contract

Good morning! I have a house bing built. I signed the contract Feb 2nd. I was told the house should be finished late July, early August. It’s June and they haven’t started yet. Got a call from my realtor and she told me they are about to start building but cost of lumber went up so now the house will be 25k more. I looked back over my contract and I saw nothing about them charge price after I signed. My options are I can add on the 25k and continue. Get my money back and find another house... but the thing with that is at this time there are no houses around with the price I would have paid for the house originally. House prices have skyrocketed since February. Well, my original question is can they just raise my price like that legally? Would I have a case to fight it and keep my price the same?
