Am I still on time to send a Notice to Owner or a Notice of Intent to Lien

Florida

We are a concrete subcontractor that worked on two new residential projects, for one General Contractor here in Florida. We finished the rail and prep slab for project #1 in November 29, along with the required material for those square feet. The contractor agreed with the prices, but haven’t gotten fully paid, he just made a deposit but after that, the customer isn't returning my calls or emails. What should I do? i would like to know what options do I have?

Assuming that there is no payment bond for the jobs, if you did not deliver a "notice to owner" within the earlier of 45 days of starting work or putting materials on the project, you do not have lien rights. You should contact a lawyer to see about how to collect from the general contractor or, depending on circumstances, from the owner. In any event, your lien rights expired.
