We were hired for a couple of jobs in Southwest LA from Chris Creely with Ace Construction. He paid on the first couple and then we along with 20+ contractors were added to a group message. We were updated regularly by one of his supervisors on payments. After weeks of not getting paid the subs began to question where the money was. We were given the run around for several weeks and then the messaging stopped. Chris (Joseph) Creely owes thousands upon thousands to his sub-contractors. Look the guy up!! He has been arrested for bank fraud when he worked as a banker for a large financial institution. He was ordered to pay restitution, house arrest etc for THEFT. He is a thief and should not be trusted!
Professional. Knowledgable . Fair pricing. Couldn't ask for a better contractor.
Terrible to subcontractors even worse to tenants of property on military bases. The leaders of this company should be held legally responsible for the poor conditions their negligence led to.
