Only 1 job, but it confirmed why we shouldn't bid these out of state GC's... First red flag, they try to get you to sign an UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE before the job starts. They will shop your #. Will grind on subs and threaten supplementing manpower even if you are on-schedule. Expect production in unsafe and unproductive jobsites. Won't return calls or e-mails if SUB needs something.
