Their process once setup is very scalable and doesn't require much oversight. As it can happen, they did not include us on a monthly pay app (during the middle of the project). When the payment didn't arrive as expected, we sent a little notice and received a personal apology with the reasoning and payment very timely thereafter. Overall a good team to deal with!

Fair if did many jobs with them with Dale construction and he always paid on time always time did fair pricing if it was under bed he would work with us doing it by the hour or the day I know we did over 15 apartment complexes with them since you’ve been in business

Dimensional Roofing and Diagnostics takes checks and offers financing options. That was good enough for us. Our sales rep was patient and knowledgeable. We’re grateful not to have been pressured so much like with some of the other companies we spoke to. I recommend Dimensional Roofing and Diagnostics most because of the roof leaks they were able to find that others couldn’t. It took us almost a year to find a company that could completely find and fix the leaks and Dimensional Roofing and Diagnostics was able to. Eventually we replaced the old roof and Dimensional Roofing and Diagnostics gave us a great price for a beautiful new metal roof.
