What Subs & Suppliers Are Saying About Contractors in Arizona

Read recent testimonials submitted by contractors in Arizona about owners and contractors.

Their process once setup is very scalable and doesn't require much oversight. As it can happen, they did not include us on a monthly pay app (during the middle of the project). When the payment didn't arrive as expected, we sent a little notice and received a personal apology with the reasoning and payment very timely thereafter. Overall a good team to deal with!

Great company! Delivered as agreed. Would Definity recommend and would do business again with their team on the new construction multifamily industry .

They have been fair so far. Issues are resolved over the phone. Respond to inquiries quickly. Payment process works well

I really like how this company insures all subs are paid. Too many times other large construction companies pay the main and don't worry about the subs on a project.

Overall decent. They pay faster than most commercial accounts, usually you'll receive payment within 30 days. Been with them for over 10 years.
