So far so good. Thank you!.
Consistent, significant past due payments. Little to no communication from GC. Averages 8+ months to pay a single pay app. Extremely disorganized and unprofessional.
SLOW TO PAY AND POOR COMMUNICATION.
Terrible to subcontractors even worse to tenants of property on military bases. The leaders of this company should be held legally responsible for the poor conditions their negligence led to.
Cannon is a firm of dishonest people, who do not timely complete work, divert owner funds due to subcontractors for their own benefit, deliver false schedules, overbill for work, and fail to keep accurate records. They have been sued over 80 times in the last seven years. The fact patterns are all the same: delays, overbilling, incomplete or false change orders and inflation of general conditions to Cannon, after diverting subcontractor payments.
