Read recent reviews submitted by contractors in Texas about owners and contractors.
Very slow and difficult to receive payment. 115 days to collect a progress payment. 87 for another one.
Slow and non pay. Over a year in open invoices
Quick to approve jobs, slow to pay outstanding invoices. DO NOT do any additional work without a signed change order, regardless of pressure or sense of urgency they give you.
Slow pay and found many excuses to delay payment. Excessively back charged us for some touch up painting. It should have been around $2000 max but backcharged us $7100 (our entire retainage).
Not a good company to work with, they are not good to pay their bills to contractors
