there is a contractor who placed a lien on my property stating they did a full gut rehab but there has been no work perform by this contractor. i have pictures
showing that the house has had no work done and the pictures show myself and my son doing work in the house.

I sent a 30 day notice to claimant, which will expire within 7 days. What recourse do I have if the claimant does not file law suit and does not release the lien
within the 30 day period?
