I am the contractor, and have finished work on a residential residence. I filed a property lien on the property 18 months ago. I have not heard anything from the property owner, and I would like to collect the money that is owed to me per our contract.

ColoradoI have a proposal to have a swamp cooler installed and ductwork installed which I signed, but there is no price in the proposal, nor was there any verbal price discussed. The price came in at $7, 500 plus. I cannot afford it. The contractor didn’t inform me directly of the$3,300 increase— and I didn’t hear anything from him for over a week He left me a voice message, saying the contract would be on the Lowe’s website. ColoradoI am purchasing a condo in Denver which has a mechanic lien on 22 of the 23 units in the complex. This will not be resolved before I'm ready to close even though the Contractor has given me a lien release on my unit but is keeping the lien on the other 22. My question is can I get a mortgage when the association and 22 out of 23 units have a lien release but I do not?
Coloradowe installed 2 new garage doors for a customer, but she was going to use her existing garage door opener. after the doors were installed, it became evident we need to replace the photo eyes on her opener and at her request we did. several weeks later, she demanded an emergency weekend repair because her neighbor told her the garage door installation had a very serious problem. when we arrived, the problem was the garage door opener that was causing the problem, NOT the door.
we invoiced both the service call to install the safety eyes (May 3rd 2021) and the emergency weekend repair (June 28th 2021) and she is refusing to pay. i threatened her with filing a mechanics lien and she responded by saying she does not have a signed contract with us to do the additional labor, so she stands with her original refusal to pay.
We definitely do not have anything signed by her. The original photo eyes service call was upon her approval while we were on site. for the second service call, i have a voicemail from her demanding an emergency repair, which we did on a sunday afternoon.
i have 2 questions. first, do i need to respond to her email and if so, how do i respond? secondly, despite our lack of signed contract, can we still file the Intent and subsequent mechanics lien??

ColoradoAn architect created designs for a project in my single family home. He never provided any quote for fees or pricing. After a couple months of discussion I decided to end the project verbally and via email. He then sent me a bill for his designs 4 months later with prices I never agreed to. I asked for clarification on the pricing and he never responded. Now, 8 months after he last created a design for us he is threatening to place a lien on my property. No physical work has been done on the property. He only created designs. And it has been 8 months since the last designs. Can he truly place a mechanics lien on my property or any other type of professional design lien? Thank you.
Coloradoin the lien can you put in monies used for a deposit on the land. We are co owners of the property without our name on the deed. we are also the general contractors and have been told to leave the site. i add these 7500 amounts to the lien but realize it may not be a legal amount as it is not general contractor money.

ColoradoI sent a notice of intent to lien to a company called Caliber Collision. Caliber collision owns a company call VRD at Erie, llc that is run by their real estate company Victory Real estate development. When I filed the intent to lien I put caliber collision on the intent and then I put VRD at Erie, LLC on the lien. Will this make the lien invalid and do I need to send an intent to VRD at Erie, llc?
ColoradoThe homeowner made a verbal contract with me for work performed. Afterwards she thought I overcharged her and wouldn't pay. When I bid the job I suggested that she get more bids and she said she was fine with mine.
