One of our clients wants to pay his bill finally. We want to in return give him a paper that says our lien has been released. How do we go about doing this? Our company is B & W Electric LLC

If you filed the lien with the county, then a proper lien release must be drafted and filed with the county as well. If you have not filed a lien, then your attorney can draft a simple document to reflect that final payment has been made in full and that no lien will be filed.
