I am purchasing a condo in Denver which has a mechanic lien on 22 of the 23 units in the complex. This will not be resolved before I'm ready to close even though the Contractor has given me a lien release on my unit but is keeping the lien on the other 22. My question is can I get a mortgage when the association and 22 out of 23 units have a lien release but I do not?
