The History

CAS had been dealing with a preliminary notice process that was altogether inefficient. Not only was creating and sending preliminary notices within the required deadlines time-consuming – they often struggled with slow payments and nonpayment issues. After trying to implement numerous manual methods with no luck, they began to search for a different kind of solution and found Levelset. 



The Changes

Now, CAS easily sends notices on an average of four jobs a day. Although CAS is often near the end of the payment chain, now that they’re able to send more notices, they have more visibility with customers who in turn make more timely payments.
