We were the second subcontractor, we came in to be 'nice' and help finish the job that the prior subcontractor walked out. Their project managers worked diligently to make our company look bad, even though we have over 20 years of industry experience. My suggestion is to RUN if they approach you for any job!
2 weeks late on first one. Then didn’t have someone to approve work completed for 3 weeks. So wasn’t able to submit for payment
My biggest mistake ever, not to look up yelp on this wall comp! My apt building management (herald towers) has an exclusive partnership with this wall comp..thus the trust.. Apparrently it is such a disappointment! When one of the owners did the measurements of my apartment and how walls gonna be built, he seem very nice and professional! But after you have paid $$, they are very RUDE and unhelpful. Also, they claim they are giving you huge discounts (approx 25%), but i found the exact same price from room dividers, WITHOUT ANY BARGAIN!! i prolly could get cheaper with some bargain. The workers didnt clean up, left your apartment filthy (i have to mop my whole apt TWICE), left soda cans on TV stand and tables. Suggestions: STAY AWAY! use room dividers or manhattan pressurized walls instead of this company!

Great team, fast pay, simple process. So far we are 3 months in to our first job with these folks. Will update at the end of the project.
